Who this covers. This policy describes how HR Eval handles information for the organizations that use it to administer assessments (“administrators”) and the candidates/employees invited to complete them (“respondents”). The organization that invited you controls how your results are used in their own hiring or evaluation process — this policy covers how HR Eval, as the platform, handles the data.
Information we collect.
Not medical data. The assessment does not collect or generate medical, psychiatric, or diagnostic information. Trait and behavioral-style scores describe self-reported workplace tendencies only.
How information is used. Respondent answers and scores are used solely to generate a report for the inviting organization's administrators to review as part of their own evaluation process. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (hosting and, where email delivery is enabled, our transactional email provider).
Data retention. Data is retained for as long as the inviting organization's account remains active, or until deletion is requested. Organizations can delete pending invites at any time; completed results are retained as part of the historical record unless deletion is requested.
Security. Passwords are hashed and salted (never stored in plain text). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to results is restricted to the administrator/client accounts authorized by the inviting organization.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact the organization that invited you to take the assessment — they control your data as it relates to their evaluation process.
Children's privacy. This service is intended for use by adults in an employment or evaluation context and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes materially, the version date at the top will be updated.
